Hi fellow Decoders and those stumbling into this blog,
Ever since WikiLeaks disclosed the cables between diplomats, it seems to me like the shit has hit the fan as far as attacks go.  You know what, I’ll throw in Stuxnet too and Google vs. China and so on and so forth.  Ever since 2009 when i was bitten by the security bug, I would do my best to keep up with the news because I had plenty of free time on my hands and what I read seemed rather trivial compared to what’s happening today.  Couple of worms here, social engineering there, and some data breaches and ID theft thrown in for good measure.  But with WikiLeaks disclosing communications between world leaders, hacktativists DoS/DDoSing WikiLeakes and Anonymous carrying out DDoS attacks in turn on companies who are shutting WikiLeaks down (Amazon, PayPal, Master Card) it just seems like a major shitstorm is brewing on the interwebs.  Or maybe not.  Is the media flooding us with all of this info that it’s just overwhelming?  I have no idea.  I could be talking out of my ass for all I know, so I’ll leave it up to you guys and gals to throw your two cents in the comments section.  I’m curious as to what everyone thinks.
